It's been ten years since Sonic and the gang defeated Eggman...or so they thought. Eggman has returned and captured Shadow and the Chaos Crystals. Shadow was able to escape with the crystal's but the crystal's were stolen again this time by Rouge who has scattered them all across Earth. It's up to Sonic and the gang to find and retrieve all the crystal's and stop Eggman.
