Zack Snyder (at the Comic-Con) was quoted as saying, "These modern superheroes, like Iron Man, Batman and Superman, they're our mythology."

Do you agree?

The Greeks and Romans had their mythology, could superheroes be mythology for modern times?

How are they similar? How are they different?
Do people worship them with their money and time?

I wasn't sure what to make of this, so I did a little more research. First, I went to dictionary.com and looked up mythology. This wasnly slightly helpful, because most of the definitions there use the word "myth". A proper definition is not supposed to use the word or any part of the word within itself. So, I had to go one step farther and look up a proper definition of myth.

Now, based on these two definitions, I see no reason not to accept the supposition that superheroes are mythology.

Modern mythology would more be the story that are told, the difference is all of you stories are put into books rather than painted on pots like the ancient myths.

I say there is no difference. People studying our culture after it has been lost, (which it will) will say it is our mythology.

Mythology is in my viewpoint:

Stories made by a culture, that reflects the culture's wants, beliefs, and the events that go on in that period of history.

If you look at our "superheroes", they are well within this definitrion.
