-Opens door- Ah! Hello and welcome to my garden party! -flourishes a hand over the scene: a circular patio, centred with a grand water fountain, giving way to endless acres of mazes, terraces and bright green grass, all set at different levels; some reaching as far as five feet up, or sunken below the ground- All that you survey has been imported from The Aesthetic Exterior Creationistic Laboratories, especially for this glorious event!
What was that, you say? Oh yes, the free sushi... Uh, here! Have a bento box:

Okay! Now the unecessary freebies are out of the way, let us begin O:
My challenge to you is to explore this baffling labyrinth of wonders, this luxurious landscape of hidden joys, this paradise of... You get the idea, you say? Fine. If my courteous speech isn't going to be appreciated, I'll get straight to the point: I ask you simply to explore, adventure and entertain. This place was a package deal, complete with dancing, feasts, slightly... unusual staff, shall we say? and probably many more quirks and kinks than was specified on the contract!
When the party is over, I will announce the winner; this will be the person who is the most entertaining, creates the most unbelievable situations, encounters the unusual beings who inhabit this place... basically, whoever has the most imagination.
So, what are you standing there gawping for? Do as you please. -shoves you inside, closes the door behind you and disappears before you can turn around to complain.- x

Quickly handing off the sushi to someone beside her, Immi speeds away from the crowd on one of the many walkways in hopes of escaping the smell of dead fish. She stops by a table sporting a tea kettle and several cups, serviced by a young lad. "May I?" she asks as she pulls out a seat.

After talking, eating biscuits, and sipping tea for some time Immi had become well acquainted with her new companion, Torren. She learned that he was not one of the staff members, like she originally though, but rather a competitor in Lavi's games just like herself. Torren had quickly won over Immi to his side by explaining his idea that the winner of the competition was likely to be the last one standing. They agreed they would stick together and watch out for anything suspicious or dangerous to heighten their chances of winning. Rising from the table, Immi gives Torren a warm smile. "Let's head off to a maze then, shall we?" Torren nods in agreement and walks with her to the entrance of the maze. They had discussed that Lavi's speech had put the most emphasis on these mazes and so was most likely to be the point of most success and failures. Knowing the mastery of the simple skills and logic needed to quickly make ones way threw a maze, Immi hastens her pase to enter the maze and guide Torren threw it. Torren puts out an arm to stop Immi from entering. "Immi, I trust your ability to get us threw this, but maybe finding your way isn't the solution. I've though this just now, what if the point is to get lost?" Immi smirks, not fulling understanding what he's suggesting. "Lost? Seriously? We're suppose to find unusual staff people Lavi mentioned, right? How can we do that if we...." Immi draws quiet quickly and her glance wanders off. "See, you get it now Imm, " Torren says, "The point in getting lost is to find what is not so readily seeked. Like those people you seem so eager to meet." Immi shakes her head softly, keeping her gaze on what had distracted her. Torren turns to see what Immi is looking at. The gate to the maze had swung shut, locking them out. But looking beyond the gate they could see the inside had changed. It was no longer the dark maze they had seen before, but another open area much like the one they stood in now. Turning to look back, Torren sees a stone wall on two sides of him and an empty passage to his left. The sight leaves him speechless. Breaking out of her trance, Immi smiles at Torren and gets out a ball of string. "Guess the maze was eager to swallow us up and didn't care much for our logical illogics. From here on out, we're just going to use this. Most likely crosses will pass and the only exit will be the one we discover, not the one we look for. Kinda like what you were saying, right?" Tying one end of the string to a post in the gate, Immi heads off into the darkness of the maze, followed silently by Torren.

-Looks cunningly down on the scene from her hidden watch tower- "Well, Tookie, it looks like we have a couple of Potentially good competitors, wouldn't you say?" -Adresses the darkness behind her. The shadow named Tookie shifts slightly in assent- "Immi seems to have everything under control, and this Torren has definitely done a good job of helping her... Oh, but what a shame!" -places hand dramatically to her forehead, as if suddenly overcome by a terrible fever- "They don't realise that control is the last thing they will find here, even if they think it is what they possess! For even if they use their illogical logic, what is its use if logic alone cannot be grasped in the first place? For without the concept of logic, illogicity is not within one's grasp! Unless..." -lowers hands to her sides, staring quietly with wide eyes that boast a glint a of insanity- "Unless... they can defeat these logic-defying forces? The binds of this place... Could they possibly destroy my beautiful creations? The fruits of the labours which I have spent day and night labouring on, perfecting this place in the deepest and most forboding rooms of the Creationistic labs? No! Only such an impossible task could be carried out with the help of others..." -looks down again, spying the lad slugging sake while trying to affixiate another with free sushi- "Hah! We are safe for now, Tookie! Safe for now! Safe..." -Trails off her monologue, then walks back into the rear quarters of her lair, laughing manically-

"That's it!" Immi screeches. "There's no way they're going to let us out so easily." She chucks the string at Torren. Torren lets the string hit him and fall to the ground. "Calm down Immi, we just have to think this through again." They had returned from yet another dead end to find yet again that the walls had moved and their string had been cut, but this time there was no exit."Again? No, logic's not going to solve anything. Lavi's obviously not one to follow the rules of logic or any rules to that degree..." Torren smiles with sudden inspiration. "Then neither should we. Here, I'll give you a boost up this wall. We'll climb through." Immi gives a soft oh, then walks over to Torren. He bends down and links his hands together. Immi places a foot in his hands and her other foot on his shoulder. In one swooshing moment, he lifts her up and she grabs onto the ledge and swings a leg over. Immi then secures herself to the wall using her legs and helps Torren up. "Oh good," Torren says, glancing around, "This should be wide enough for us to walk along." Immi nods. "There's the exit," she says, pointing. "Okay, lets go." Immi and Torren race along the top of the wall towards the exit, leaving the maze and string below.

I'm way too special... Birdie walks up to the party, eyeing the food. "Only sushi?," she says, turning up her nose, "I HATE sushi". As there was a quiet hush over the pavilion, she stammered "I mean...what lovely refreshments!" She walked away, still not taking any. Looking around, she saw a trail leading through the dense forest. "That looks like a lovely hike," she thought to herself, hiking up her voluminous tea skirt, and tacking it around her waist. She trekked slowly, and she soon encountered a very large cedar tree. Being adventurous...and just plain rebllious, she climbed the tree to the very top. "Hello there" a squeaky voice said, "would you like some nuts?" "Why certainly," Birdie replied, turning around. She could not find the source of the voice, but was surprised to see a chipmunk offering her a walnut. To ride the short bus.

"O: Look, Tookie! Someone has found one of the sentries! -Tookie replies: "..."- "And our little friends up ahead are doing a very good job indeed..." -a worried expression flashes across her face- "...Well, whether they figure this out or not, no-one will get past the sentries! They will guard this place with the whole of their souls, no matter how small or rodenty or adorably innocent they look - I created them to do so! And now that this tree-climbing girl has found one, who knows in what way they will be provoked!" -Retires again, yawning as she slips back into the darkness-

I'm way too special... "Oh, I'm sorry, but I'm allergic to walnuts," Birdie said. "You dare turn down my gift?" the chipmunk asked. "Well, accepting might just kill me." "No fears-declining will too!" exclaimed the chipmunk angrily as he threw himself at Birdie. "Get off!" Birdie wailed, as the chipmunk climbed on her shoulders, scratching her and tearing her dress. He pulled her piggy tails, chattering incoherently in a mad rage. To ride the short bus.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..." -Laughter trails off after a good few minutes- "How entertaining! That'll teach her for being so direspectful!" -expression suddenly becomes serious- But she was lucky. When the rest of them come, they will all be doomed.
...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! -Laughs for a while afterwards, echoing out into the sky-

"Might be a good idea to get down before we go out," Torren says, "so no one sees us?" Immi nods and leaps off the wall. Straightening up from the fall, Immi realizes there is someone standing in front of them. Oh, we've been found out, she though, glancing up at Torren who had yet to come down. Putting on her best smile, she looks towards the person. No, not a person. Animal? No, no animal she's ever seen. "Wait," she said aloud, "Your a centaur!" She stares in awe, then horror as the creature morphs into a demonic shape. "You shan't judge one by appearances," the creature snares at her, "And for cheating, you shan't escape here alive." It takes a steep towards Immi and she reaches up, hoping Torren will be there to help her up. But Torren is off, racing towards the exit. "NOR SHALL YOU!" the creature bellows as it grows huge horns and smashes down the wall with them. Torren hits the ground running, literally, and races off into the maze. Frozen with shock and fear, Immi stands still for several minutes, listening to the chase before turning to exit the maze. But she hesitates, not wanting to leave Torren behind. Tottering back and forth on her feet, Immi sees in the distance that Torren had just turned a corner and was now rushing towards her. She smiles, happy that Torren had outsmarted the creature. But as he comes closer Immi can see the look on Torrens face is of sheer terror. And then the creature appears from the corner too, looming huge behind him and creating one of those slow motion chase scenes where you know the person out front is just barely going to make it.
