Background
An entirely new race of humans, that created the myth of vampires for their need to drink blood only to live a long extended life. They have the ability to sprout wings- their chakra is in their blood, and they can see in the dark. This clan is oft beleived to be blood thirsty and ruthless. What separates them from the myth is that some details were more than exaggerated.

Crossed Blood and Chakra streams- The chakra network of Nis Clan members is intertwined with the blood stream, so they must have an open wound in order to use jutsu.
Hunter's Eye- Whenever in the cover of nightfall, members of the clan can see, as well as detects life within up to a twenty foot radius.
Shadow Dash- turns the user invisible for sixty seconds, but only usable durring the night.
Wings: Members of the clan can sprout wings from their back (either bat or raven). The feathers or membrane of these wings dissentigrate in the presence of UV rays.
