Well, I haven't really thought about real deep details, but I've had some ideas in mind.
Raphael takes a special interest in Julia, and they start "going out" (but it's just a crazy fling in their minds, considering Raph's never had a boyfriend and Isa said he probably won't for a while), and this'll make Olivia extremely jealous because he's giving her more attention than any of the other girls, and especially herself.
SO I was thinking, since she hates them both by then so much (but not really with Raph. It's more of a "love-hate" relationship), then she'll try to get the same reaction from Raphael by having her own little fling. And that's where Ramsey pops up.
She has to have someone in his year and house, or someone who can brag about her so Raphael will see and hear, and/or someone Rams can talk about girls with (though, I highly doubt it, with him. He doesn't seem like that type). And SO, Olivia begins to form a plan (possibly with Johanna's help, if they're friends by then. OR that can be when they become friends by doing evil plotting), and starts to show extra attention towards Ramsey, and the rest sort of explains itself.
But maybe, while Olivia's flirting, he'll catch on, and be like, "Wtf? What is up with this girl?". Aaaand he'll ask her what she's really up to, and then she'll explain, reluctantly, and ask him if he would do her a favor by helping her get him jealous, and he'll accept. And I have a few reasons why, because I know he wouldn't just help a poor girl in need of getting back her man while using him.
1. Ramsey has some sort of grudge against Raph, maybe from the years previously, and is willing to help Olivia break him up with Julia when he's happy;
2. Ramsey has a thing for Olivia and will do it only to actually get to be around her and to help her, since she obviously didn't have an interest in him up until... well, when she decided to make Raph jealous. Yet that would be kind of sad. :C But I guess that's life. And I highly doubt this one(or not?)
And-and-and (I just thought of this, random) maybe after a few weeks (or months) of this, Raphael might actually become a bit peeved by Olimsey(lolol), but not really jealous. One night in their dorm-room they'll have a really awkward conversation about girls, and then Julia and Olivia comes up, aaaand... well, maybe they get in an arguement about them, and then maybe Ramsey can let it slip that Olivia is hopelessly and pathetically in love with him.
Orrrrr... Ramsey can just be stupid and oblivious as to what Olivia is doing and not really care.
I dunno. Just throwin' ideas out there.

Since I heard of Ramsey being born in Skye's mind, I was wondering if Raph would ever deal with him. Kinda hoping to - rather hard to have his only decent friend as a NPC ( but I totally love Louis; just hard playing him ).
This whole RaphaelxJuliaxOliviaxRamsey thing going on; I kinda like it, hehe. Definitely, if I didn't tell you myself, Skye (thought Nat said it already); obviously Julia's totally captivated by Raphael (or total denial), and Raphael's going to totally "hook up" with her, since he's never ever had a girlfriend (either to make Olivia jealous, Louis entertained, to fulfill his own awkward needs in searching, all of the above, or I don't know).
But, considering that he is rather closer to Olivia, as he is with Mel and Aidan and Louis, he will of course notice Rams (...which awkwardly reminds me of Hams, which Raph might call him one day...) when with Olivia rather closer than before. Though, I wonder, Skye;
if Raph and Rams are friends or having the grudge that Nat mentions. I was thinking if he would have that on&off hate thing I put in my character thread, but I don't know. Some of the plot kinks will be worked out if we know how those too are like.
Other than that, totally love the plots so far.

Here's the thing:
Ramsey's more into the atypical girls (like Cecilia), plus he's one to let them come to him while he sits back. Ramsey's also a jokester, so if Raphael would take one of his jokes the wrong way (would he do that? I think his ego's big enough x3) Ramsey wouldn't be too pleased with that. Rams and Raph might have a friendly rivalry thing, whenever Ramsey's jokes hit a nerve.
So when Olivia takes interest in him, he's like "Awesome, I love girls" (because mostly every boy is)... and then Olivia dishes her plan, Ramsey goes along with it because Raph hasn't been appreciating his sense of humor recently.
And then the "after a few weeks" thing, yeah.
