Background:
The Basairisitsu clan (Ba-sai-ri-si-tsu) was founded in Sakigakure no Sato after many of the Great Ninja Wars, seeking the protection of walls and village defences rather than be stranded in the open. Basairisitsu members (the elder ones at least) argue that they were in fact the first to build this village to what it is, and this dispute is argued repeatedly as they struggle to rise through the power struggle between clans.
Doukonoha, Kashi, the young newly empowered leader wishes no part in power, only to make sure his clan as a whole can survive the clashing of major clan royals.
The clan is located on the Canyons lake.

Bloodline: Kihenge no Jutsu
The Kekkei Genkai of the Basairisitsu Clan has four stages to the power of the transformation:
C Class Stage: Transformation Being able to do the basic transformation, requires 2/10ths of your comlete chakra. (100 sided dice roll 20 twenty or above.)
B Class Stage: Incoperation The ability in the Kekkai Genkai to widen the ability of the transformation, often including a couple parts at once, many start to feel the drawbacks of the Kekkei Genkai here. Requires 4/10s of your total chakra.(100 sided dice roll 40 or above.)
A Class Stage: Inversion Being able to invert into the familiar animal all about the body without a full transformation. Personality starts going down the drain. Requires 1/2 of your total chakra.(100 sided dice roll 60 or above)
S Class Stage: Animal Transformation 100% A full blown transformation into a familiar animal, results in a total reversion of thoughts to primitive instinct- and quite often death. This stage is strictly forbidden. Requires all of your total chakra. (100 sided dice, 80 or above.)
(When you use Kihenge First state what class you are attempting. Such as "A Class Kihenge no Jutsu!" and roll that dice. Meanwhile, if you roll less than what was supposed to be- via rolling a 59 for a A class, you would instead transform into a B class. Also note while you are transformed, you need not use chakra to say fly or spit venom, but techniques not relating to the Kihenge will.)
