A lovely tutorial for making soft curlers (the kind you sleep on) can be found here. Enjoy! <3

Update! So, I made thirty of these in the last three days (I don't ever want to make another one for a very long time.), and I have some suggestions!
~Instead of sewing half the tube and folding over the flat ends envelope-style, sew the entire tube, gather one end together, turn under the opposite end, and then turn right-side out. Stuff halfway full, then top stitch a rectangle situated on the flat half (from the opening to the halfway mark, approximately), sewing closed the tube opening that was previously turned under. Continue with a parallel button hole and finish with attaching the button. I know this seems like a lot, but in my opinion, the tutorial is unnecessarily complicated. I found the above method easier to turn out in quantity.
~My pattern piece was a rectangle 9 1/4" x 5 1/4". I also made ten larger ones; the pattern piece for those was 8 1/4" by 9 1/4".
I hope that helps. ^.~
