In the center of the village, where one could draw the lines of four clashing bloodline clans, a mighty building stands and devours the lesser buildings near it.
The inside is one large dome like room, and the glassy floor stretches a layout of Sabigakure no Sato where the clan power regions are covered. Four tables align this in connection to where their power is located, and make a disjointed circle about the walls. For now the four clans are at a halt and bide their time.

The interclan council is the meeting place for the four clans. Because the clans are at a stailmate in power, there has been no Head Clan in quite a bit of time.
Meetings here can be called at any one time by any of the Four Clan Leaders, and durring which there is first an open floor to decide the agenda of the councils meeting, then the disscussion of said agenda, and then if needed a vote for any of the items on the agenda.
