Krika is particularily intriguing to me. He shows remorse for what his kind did, but still follows them in what they do.
Teridax's name, when I first heard of it, made me think of a Pterodactyl; I'm not sure why ...

Mutran! He's awesome: he made those adorable shadow leeches, he discovered (quite painfully) how to make Mata Nui take a nap, and he likes to sit around in his lair, writing his memories, while he makes Vikan throw a failed experiment out the window.

My "favorite" Makuta is Teridax. Not only because I/we thought him to be the only Makuta for many years, but also because to me he seems to be the darkest one, and he has plans for nearly everything, even in case something goes wrong etc. He just is the best villain I can think of.

Teridax is awesome. I actually used to have the set of him a while back, but I lost it. Back then, I wasn't really a fan of Bionicle, but he looked awesome and somehow I knew he was the villain, so I bought him. From what I've read about him, he has plotting and planning skills that rival Beast Wars Megatron's.

misirex or however u spell it seems cool... but thats just me. I also like the makuta of the toa metru time (the one with the nidhiki and stuff combined into it. the one who possessed dume)

Personally, Krika and Teridax top it off for me, with Chirox at a close second. i kinda prefer the mistika makuta though....better parts for MOCs =3
