Because I just have to know what everyone's music tastes are. So if you feel like playing along and either gaining a huge amount of respect for your fellow KAPOWers or losing what little you had, gather round and post your top ten favourite songs and albums of all time. It doesn't have to be in order because that would just be sadistic. Here's mine:

Songs:

1. Just Like You Imagined by Nine Inch Nails
2. Ich Will by Rammstein
3. Tornado by Mindless Self Indulgence
4. Lunchbox by Marilyn Manson
5. Hooker With a p***s by Tool
6. The Virus by KMFDM
7. I'm Not Driving Anymore by Rob Dougan
8. God Says No by Monster Magnet
9. Never Let Me Down Again by Depeche Mode
10. Don't Blow Your Top by KMFDM

Albums:

1. The Fragile by Nine Inch Nails
2. Fat of the Land by The Prodigy
3. Furious Angels by Rob Dougan
4. Mechanical Animals by Marilyn Manson
5. Frankenstine Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy by Mindless Self Indulgence
6. Toxicity by System of a Down
7. Mutter by Rammstein
8. Legion of Boom by The Crystal Method
9. Superunknown by Soundgarden
10. Attak by KMFDM

There are so many, but the following are in constant rotation, so I suppose they would be the top whatever. I'm not limiting to ten though, some just have more or less than that and that's the way it is.

Songs:
1. Sympathy for the Devil - Guns and Roses
2. The four Seasons - Vivaldi
3. Eraser - Nine Inch Nails
4. In the Hall of the Mountain King - Apocolyptica
5. I Love Rock and Roll - Joan Jett
6. Undo - Cool Joke
7. My Iron Lung - Radiohead
8. Snow Drop - L'arc en Ceil
9. Seeman - Nina Hagen
10. Mitternacht - E Nomine
11. Winter - Bond
12. Clubbed to Death - Rob D

Albums:
1. Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
2. E Nomine - Finsternis
3. Everclear - So Much for the Afterglow
4. Biff Naked - I Bifficus
5. Smashing Pumpkins - Melancholoy and the Infinate Sadness
6. Silverchair - Diorama
7. Apocolyptica - Cult
8. Esthero - Breath from Another
9. Sountrack to "Requiem for a Dream"
10. Nine Inch Nails - And All That Could Have Been

The following artists are always in my rotation, and have no particular album or song that stays all the time:
Nine Inch Nails
David Bowie
L'arc en Ceil
E Nomine
Chopin
Vivaldi
Kronos Quartet

Apocalyptica is nice, but I prefer Rasputina for my string fix.

There's no way I'd ever be able to narrow to 10 songs or order them in any way. I suppose I'll go with the 10 albums I play most often, off top of my head and in no particular order.

1. The RENT Soundtrack. Yes, I like showtunes. STFU.
2. Eve 6- Horrorscope
3. 3 Doors Down- The Better Life
4. Blur- Blur
5. Green Day- Nimrod
6. Fiona Apple- Tidal
7. NIN- Pretty Hate Machine
8. Massive Attack- Mezzanine
9. The Smiths- The Queen is Dead
10. The Cure- Greatest Hits

That's close enough, I suppose.

In retrospect, The Cure, Bush and Frou Frou should be on that third list.

It's not to be missed, he has a great pack a day jazz voice to go along with some very haunting melodies. One of my all time favourites.

Sadly I've only heard "Transylvanian Concubine".

Rasputina is nice, but when I want a string fix I don't want vocals marring my violins.
