Because good screamo music drives off emotion, and instead of sounding all sweat and boring it provides a sense of urgency to the lyric enhancing the song to a greater meaning.

I'm not sure. I actually know what all the screaming means. It's almost like a skill being able to translate it, or at least that's what my friends say.
Okay, now to the question at hand. I like screamo because every song has a story to it and most of the time screamo music has the most meaning in the story for example Guys Like You Make Us Look Bad by blessthefall.
"You scream don't look, you scream don't touch. What have they done? What have I not? ... As she sits alone, tries to adjust, she cries please let me go I won't tell anyone."
Now it's not that hard to figure that one out.
I just love the sound that comes out of screamo too. It's actually really hard to explain. I just love screamo.

Deviation: departure from a standard or norm.
biggrin the music pushes everything to the extreme with their sound, singing and lyrics. It's raw emotions put into song.
O.o thats why I like it.
