Okay, I have just recently joined the guild for I am a die hard placebo lover.
However, not to be a downer, this guild isn't too successful.
Don't get me wrong, the guild is great, it just needs a few improvements and I feel it would be slightly more active and what not. I'm not trying to be a b***h, because that's the last thing I want to do. So I came up with some ideas to help this guild out...

Sub-Forums
For the sub-forums, I think we have a good structure as of now for us to build off of.
Chatterbox-I think the chatterbox is great and all, but it seems that in the chatterbox, people venture from the idea of this being a Placebo guild. I think that re-naming the Chatterbox to "Placebo Chatter Box" or "Placebo Chat", it would keep it at general discussion, but keep it limited to Placebo. There is a Chatterbox in the regular gaia forums that we can talk about things such as Steve Irwin's death.
General Music Forum-I personally think this is a great forum to have in this guild. Its a great place for artists in the making to share their work and get critique from others. However, I feel that if we are going to have a General Music Forum, we should also have a Placebo Music Forum. A place for people to discuss Placebo songs, lyrics, music videos, and anything Placebo Music related.
Image Forum-Honestly, I love this forum. But it really seems like the Image Forum can be scaled down to just an image thread. The music Video Stills Thread could be moved into the Placebo Music Forum (if created). The Members' Pictures Thread could be deleted and re-made into an "Introduce Yourself" thread in the Placebo Guild Forum. Placebo Pictures could be made into a thread in the Placebo Guild Forum for pictures of the band in general, but not exclusive members of the band. Then we could have a thread in the Placebo Guild Forum for each member of the band; Brian, Stefan, and Steve (i'm aware he is no longer a member but he has some great pictures). The playing doctor thread has enough pictures to remain a complete thread in the Placebo Guild Forum. The "Placebo animationy type things" thread could be combined with the placebo pictures thread and moved to the Placebo Guild Forum. And the Art thread could be moved into a new subforum, "Placebo Fanart Forum".
Placebo Fan art Forum-This could be a thread where guild members could share their own placebo fan art. Art comes in many different forms; written, drawn, photographed, ect. and I feel that a sub-forum dedicated to fan art could gain a decent amount of attention.
Placebo Music Thread-This would be made to take more attention off of music un-related to placebo that is floating around this guild and place more of the attention onto Placebo. This thread could be used to discuss placebo songs, lyrics, music videos, and everything else Placebo Music related.
Placebo News-I know news is somewhat at a pause at the moment in the Placebo World, but when news picks up again, this thread could be a vital one to have. We could discuss tour dates, new songs and albums, other projects (such as stefan's Hotel Persona), and whatever else is revealed in the Placebo World.
Other Placebo Talk-This would be a thread for Placebo talk that doesn't fall into any of the sub-forums listed above. However, this sub-forum isn't too necessary, for people can just post other placebo talk in the Placebo Guild Forum.
Just some ideas I had and I'm open to feedback. If you crew members and captains take my advice, I would be more than happy to help in the reconstruction and renovation. I could move threads and what not. After all, it was my idea so it would be rude for me to start something and do nothing else in the process. But again, the guild is great, it just needs some renovations.
