A few blocks away from the housing district is the Shopping distritct, you can find anything from ramen, to clothing to, bars and etc. a little strip of the wealthy mans heaven.

Kaoru Kugashira, wandered around the Shopping District for some time, his appearence garnering several strange glances in his direction.
he simply wandered around, his hands in his pockets and his massive zanbatou strapped to his shoulder.
he was paying close attention to the details in certain buildings, throwing his entire mental effort into memorizing it.
