OK...I know this a cliched thread but I totally had a moment like today.
I know I've read too many comics because....
I was in the store today with my wife and she was in the women's clothing area. So I'm bored out of my skull and glancing around and what do I see? JMS clothing...which I now know to stand for Just My Size. But all I could think of was "Why does J. Michael Straczynski have a line of women's clothing?" confused
Please post anything you have or just tease me for fun. xp

You've read too many comics when you have not 1, not 2, not 3, but 5 comic mules on Gaia. Only 3 of my are in the guild, the other 2 need to be finished.
Or When you're idea of a way to spend an lazy afternoon is hanging with the clerks at your local comic book store.
The list goes on...

From the Behind the Mask thread:
I just spent sixty bucks on a shrink-wrapped package of the entirety of Countdown, despite hearing that it was less than stellar, simply because I was sad on missing out on it after getting every issue of 52 the normal way.
Also, if you've ever seriously considered volunteering to help your comic shop out on release day, for absolutely no compensation at all, just because you want to.

A few of us in here have mules up into the double digits, myself inclusive.
I don't really have any classic "too many comics" stories, but my life is a chain of bizarre synchronicities with comic book mythology.

You know you read too many comic, when you go into a half priced books and start foaming at the mouth, as to find deal after deal. Then you spend 20 min try to pick with book to put back, because you realize you have over 80.00 worth of used books. But it so hard to chose, you are almost to tears over the thought crying

When you sleep in Wonder Woman PJs. When you name your pets after comic book characters. When you see a comic book movie and can't help but notice all the differences it has from the comics.

Cassandra Sandsmark When you name your pets after comic book characters. What if it's close to a comic character's name? *looks to his dog, Rex*

Ricochet Rita I would have suspected "Oreo" from you JJ. stare when you ask yourself how charcters would handle certain situations. Nah, he's a quirky little guy. Mom found him on a jobsite. And if I named him Oreo or Choco, that would imply I would like to eat him.

When you read the last issue of the comic book and you try to see what your favorite character would do next... *Cough* Kill terror titans *coughs*
Or when one of your favorate character is dead you create multipule theories on how they would come back to life and how to keep said character interesting.
