0.o those sheets be confusing, make 'em a bit simpler a mon avis other than that, doesn't sound like a bad Idea go for it!

Yes, I agree while an excellent concept, the forms just need to be a tad bit easier to provide back story to characters. With a slight amount of tweaking the form would be a good tool for the guild.
