Here we will put two titles head to head and debate which one is the better. The games will be switched every so often and be listed below. Past Debates: (none)

I prefer Wind Waker. I loved the graphics (although they did take a little bit to get used to). The puzzles made me think (unlike TP) and the ending was good (also unlike TP). The world always had the feeling of never being totally explored, where as in TP, I'd felt I knew the places completely after exploring them once. TP lacked this certain mystery to the world that I so enjoyed in WW. Overall, I just had a lot more fun with Wind Waker.

At first I disagreed with what Bibere said, but after really thinking about it, I feel that he's right on all those points. One thing I did like better in TP was that there were more sword attacks that could be learned.

I'm going to have to disagree with both of your opinions. Sure, I admit WW beats TP in terms of the mystery of exploration, but in my opinion that was only a result of having the ocean element, which gives the player obviously much more area to explore. What I feel makes TP better is that for a game that is centered only on land, it is extremely spacious and open. And I loved how you couldn't access every area at once; you got to explore as you went. That made it feel much bigger as well. Wind Waker doesn't win in terms of land exploration at all, since you visited islands and every area of them was basically thrown at you at once (restricted areas were usually part of dungeons which you found later). I understand that as you moved throughout the game the King and others guided you to where you were supposed to go next, but once you got your boat nothing ever stopped you from exploring new areas, unlike TP.
Also, in my mind the quality of a game relies heavily not only on gameplay (which I also happened to favor in TP over WW), but also on the graphics and the music. I feel that the graphics in Twilight are much more beautiful than in Wind Waker. I've never really liked Link or any other character's appearance as a chibi kid/cartoon figure and the graphics in Wind Waker lacked landscape detail as cartoon styles often do. For example, when you'd come up to an island, you never really saw what it looked like until you got real close up to it. Twilight, to me, never had that problem with the environment, unless of course it was extremely dark. I also felt like there was much more color and beauty in TP, in both characters, buildings and landscapes. The music in Wind Waker was good, I'll give it that, but I could always tell that it was electronically produced. It wasn't always rich and full of sound. But with TP, I would forget that it was computer-produced and would lose myself in the music which fit the settings so well. There is more LoZ: TP music on my Ipod than any other game.
I also think Twilight's story is much better and more entertaining. In Wind Waker, the player is merely dealing with the fact that Ganondorf has come back. Sure, TP and WW both start off with kidnappings of loved ones to involve the player in the problem, but TP not only involved Link in saving Ilia, his friends and Hyrule, but also in saving the Twilight Realm, which was in jeopardy due to Zant's being influenced by Ganon. I think that the task of having two worlds to save and become involved with was more fun than just traveling around beating Ganon little by little in WW.
Basically, to sum up, TP made me feel like I was in Link's world, because of the overflow of realistic details and the environment. Actions and events were more realistic and fluid. Plus, I got less frustrated with the puzzles than in WW because it was much more fun. TP definitely is better in my opinion.
