The Traveling Trader is back in town, and he's offering a skill book called Rainbow's Gravity -- it allows you to take one of each type of wad and press it into a Prismatic Wad, which gives +damage of all elemental types and +30% to all stats, and something like 3 adventures, for 1 spleen.
Best of all, the skill is automatically hardcore permanent.
Problem is, it costs 50 Strange Shiny Discs, which are the things you had to buy from the Traveling Trader the last time he was in town. If you don't have them, you'll have to buy either the discs or the skill from the mall -- it's going for about 4.8M at the moment.
This item is available from the trader today only.

o_o;;; Did the prices jump up THAT much? Because I was able to buy the skill book at 1.6 million last night. Regardless, I'm glad I bought the skill, even though I had to drop out of my Hardcore run. @_@ I'm hoping that I'd be able to make enough prismatic wads to pay itself off later on.

I'm a bit saddened at the timing he came at. @_@ I had to drop my Hardcore state to get the Rainbow's Gravity, and I was doing the level 10 quest by then. ._.; And that was my first Hardcore run, so... @_@ Looks like I'm going to have to go through another Hardcore run with no skills besides Transcendent Olfaction and Rainbow's Gravity... which does me no good without Pulverize. ._.;
