The Jounin Exams are available only to those who passed the Chuunin Exams and were selected by the moderators based on their ability to role play. Unlike the Chuunin Exams, this test does not require its takers to enter in groups of three.

While the Chuunin Exams are held in the Exam Stadiums, the Jounin Exams are held in a random location in the village in which the Chuunin Exams were held. These locations are chosen by the moderators.
