Not trying to spoil things for boston, but I read a blog by someone who got into an advance screening. She was gushing all about the movie without giving any spoilers (aside from things like "I talked to Kevin Smith! And Christian Bale!"). It was a positive review by a Bat-fanatic, so I'm hopeful.

Well, you didn't give anything away about the plot and such so it's all good. 3nodding
And it'll only be (probably) a little less than a week before I see the move-- I'm gonna watch it with my brother and his girlfriend (and maybe other people, too, who knows) so I kinda have to wait until it's convenient for them.
Love your sig by the way. Cheers! biggrin

The mother person is at the boyfriends house so Lulu can steal the car and drive to the movie theater without anyone finding out. (Lulu's been driving around at night for months and the mother person still hasn't figured it out. whee >sshhh< Don't tell or Lulu will never get a drivers license. emo )

O_o And your mother must not be very observant. You'd think eventually she would notice that the car mysteriously "loses" gas sometimes when she's been away or something. And I will not tell. Even if I knew who your mother was I wouldn't. 3nodding

frozen_water Amazing movie, by far one of the best I've ever seen. It's certainly the best Batman movie to date, that's for sure. And one of the best I've seen as well-- now that I've had a chance to see it more than once and digest it properly. 3nodding

It's irritating, but ultimately an advantage. whee

Well, just so long as you don't get caught. wink Ack, we keep getting off-topic in these discussions! Hope no one else minds too much. sweatdrop

Meaning 20 cops hanging around with absolutely nothing to do. Especially in the middle of the night. I've seen cops drag-racing through downtown at 3:00 in the morning. That's how bored they are. They'll pull over anyone just for kicks at that hour. So Lulu's gotta be real careful. But she started teaching herself how to drive when she was about 15 so she's had a decent amount of practice. 3nodding Having to let her dad teach her how to drive was such a pain in the a** though. She had to pretend she didn't know anything so that no one would find out that she had already taught herself to drive. whee Aww who cares if we get a little off topic. No big deal. Let's just start talking about TDK then. heart

Man, it must've been pretty tough to pretend like that. I know I would've probably kept forgetting that I wasn't supposed to know how to drive! Okay. Although neverumindme hasn't seen the movie yet, so our discussion might be kinda limited. 3nodding @neverumindme: For some reason the links you posted aren't working for me.
