Not Iroh exactly. But the guy who voiced him. So no more Iroh. Ever.
Only posted because I didn't see any other threads of the kind.

yea, i know the guy who voiced iroh died. but thanx for reminding me. what a good man he was!!! why did he have to leave us!!!! couldn't he have died after the series was over?!?!?!?!? crying sad crying

Do you mean Mako, or Greg?
Mako was the voice actor who played Iroh in Seasons 1&2, but died before they finished recording.
Greg Baldwin was the one to take over for him.
Anyone remember the season 2 episode, 'Tales of Ba Sing Se'? The one where every character had a side story? Remember the end of Iroh's, where they panned out and had "In memory of Mako" on the screen? Well, there you go.
I just checked several sites, and none of them say anything about Greg Baldwin dying.

That episode totaly makes sence now. I thought it was for someones kid, since he was singing to his son.

I just heard there wasn't going to be an Iroh for Fire
i think it was in an interview with the creators, that they couldnt have Iroh because of the VA's illness, but it did go along with the storyline, so evrything was okay
and then i saw a picture on DA that was a tribute to Iroh and said something about the VA passing away

in the second avatar magazine, the people who voiced the main characters talked. the guy who voiced iroh said his favorite iroh moment was in tales of ba-sing-se when iroh was singing that song,and that the guy who voiced iroh for 1&2 was a good man or somethin. so when he said was i knew the guy had died

Well, if irohs going to show up in season three, hes not going to be the same.
Mako just kind of brought the warmth and fatherly-ness into iroh

I now have proof!!!
Kinda. I saw another preview for hte finale, and I caught a glimpse of Iroh, surrounded by guards or something.
But Iroh! So we have to have something with him.
Well, we'll find out in 20 mins!!!!

Why was everyone freaking out about this? I seriously was scared to come in here before, afraid that this was a spoiler for Sozin's Comet or something. xD
But no, Mako died way back in Season Two, and the next guy's fine.
