Do you like lyrics of most songs, the beat, the voice of the singer?
Well I always look at lyrics because it makes me think of what words this band or singer came up together to create a song.
What do you like about most songs and why? ^-^

To me a song needs good lyrics OR good music, and if possible both. However I would not listen to a song that I totally disagree with the lyrics even if the music is great.

i look for good loooooong solos if they aint got a good guitar player they aint worth listning to then its beat than lyrics

One solo I like is in the begining of SOAD's song called "Revenga".

what I look for depends on what I'm feeling at the time. If I'm a bit angry I want some thing heavy, fast and loud like slayer or slipknot. Then If I'm feeling deep and serious I listen to tool or alice in chains.

I like the Beat, because im a drummer.(fills=life)
The solos, acoustic/electric/bass, it doesn't matter, i love them all.
Singer or Lyrics...ehemm.. I need to go with the lyrics.
If they flow im good, if they suck, i feel suicidal.
The singer, well, if they're really just a pile of balognie.
Then I might as well sing when the song is a playing.

the lyrics have to work with the voice you don;t want to hear a high pitched voice going i hate you and i hope you ******** die. it's just not right. but you need the kinda of lyrics like hell yeah and rock on and things that speak to me those things really make the song
