this is my second ghost experience

ok it was 1 year ago my great grandfatherhad just died, he had died from this kind of bone cancer I think, and it just killed him after so many years, but we was a strong man we went through world war 2,also he loved Fannie may candies I mean loved it every year by Christmas I would send him 2 dozen things of chocolate 1 dozen for him and 1 for her. So, he was one of my heroes, before he died it was there anniversary, he did not have any money besides 1 or 2 dollars, because they did not have jobs, and more because they retired, and lived off the rest of the money they had left. but they basically had no money. so from the kindness of his heart he actually went a got my great grandma a nice red pen, it had her name in it and everything. its surprising how much they loved each other. so 1 month and a half later he had to go to the hospital, and hen died, we went to his funeral I cried, and cried till I could not cry anymore, then we went to his grave for him to be buried he got the 21 gun solute. when they started to bring him down into the grave I smelled Fannie may choclate.i asked everybody if they had chocolate(I looked like a fool asking when my great grandpa just died), but I wanted to know. so after that when he was buried I did not smell it anymore. then, when we got to my grandmas house, no not my great grandmas my, grandma. my family had to go to the store for stuff and they left me there. I was drawing a portrait of the forest out side because I had the window right there, so I looked out the window when I drew it. so I walked out in to the hallway to get some soda to drink because man I was thirsty after crying allot. so on my way through the hallway I smelled Fannie may chocolate, like when I smelled it at my great grandpas grave. it was weird because my great grandpas dead, then when I came back with my soda I saw a shadow of my grandpa in the room by my drawling. when I got into the room it vanished, so I looked at my drawing and saw something I will never forget it was my ....great grandpa in the portrait in the forest, unbelivable detail to his character.. I mean seriously he was drew good, I guess my great grandpa loved me so much to come back to say one last good by. when my parents came back I told them and they did not believe me they said I was crazy , but then my grandma started crying so I never said another word.

That's so sad, it gives me sad memories. But I'm glad that he gave you something from him, that picture. I know this may sound weird but I already love your great grandfather. He seemed so sweet, I'm sorry for your loss.

That must have been an amazing experience. You would be surprised at the love that can carry through to the afterlife.

I am sorry for your loss though. I know what it's like to loose a loved one, so I do hope that you are coping well now. (I still have problems dealing with the death of someone that was very close to me, and it was almost 8 years ago.)

We should all be so lucky to have had such an experience. I can only imagine how comforting it would be to know that a deceased loved one is alright. (Even if at the time of the experience it's a little freaky.) I don't think anyone is ever prepared for those kinds of Phenomenon.

Anyways, enough of my rambling. I'm out. smile
