i agree but or guild is awsome. honestly how i got ppl to join was just simply asking ppl if they wanted to join. So i think who ever wants to do this can, it could mean promotion or a gift. Really it depends on how many ppl join. So lets make this a contest 2 days long starting today 7-19-08 at 301pm to 7-21-08 at 302 pm just make sure that they put in the join request who got them to join.
