Cynthia Velasquez is seen when you look in the window before going to the subway world. She can be seen going into the subway. When you reach the subway you will see her. She says she hates teh place and she finds it creepy. She asks Henry if he can get her out of her. Then says she will give him a special favor. As the progress through the subway she gets sick and runs into the girls restroom where she will disappear. Later Henry will wake up in his apartment. The phone will ring and Cynthia is afraid saying there is a coin in the mannequins hand and she needs him to save her. He will eventually find her in one of the subway cars.
After saving her the two continue through the subway world. Eventually they get seperated. Henry hears her telling her to meet her at the turnstiles. She then screams for Henry. Henry finds her with the number 16121 carved in her left breast. (This is where one of my favorite songs plays "Room of Angels"). She says "I never did get to give you that special favor." She then dies.
Later when you return to the subway world Cynthia will try to kill you like all the victims do. She tries to impale Henry with her bare hands and attacks with her. Some say she resembles Somara from the ring. I think she looks like a hooker version of the grudge, but thats just me.
She is the 16th victim of Walter Sullivan and is known as the atonement of "Temptation".
