((Side note: Disotto isn't someone I'll actually play unless I see reason to. He owns the bar but isn't usually there. Someone can take care of it in his absence if they want. ))
Dark clouds rolled across the sky, blocking out what remained of the setting sun. It had been cloudy all day but as night approached it finally decided to rain as a sudden downpour made a wall through the city. A tiny whimper escaped her lips as a young girl who looked like she hadn't eaten in a year quickly took shelter in a nearby bar. It took her great effort to open the large doors but finally she was inside and out of the rain. It was fairly dark in the bar so she hoped she wouldn't be seen as she made her way to the nearest corner and curled into a ball to try and warm herself up. The girl had long brown hair with large sad blue eyes that knew pain beyond what most had to endure in a lifetime. Bruises covered her from head to toe along with a few scars. Little of her body wasn't exposed from the scrap of cloth that couldn't even be considered clothing.
((I forgot to note that the bar is also an Inn. XD There are about 2 floors of rooms to sleep in that weary travelers often use. I'm not sure if I need to say this or not but demons and stuff are allowed, but characters can't be unbeatable and all that stuff.))

The young woman cursed her bad luck as she had gotten wet in the sudden rain. Luckily, she had found refuge in the bar just in time and would be able to dry herself off there. Her short raven hair glistened with little drops of water as she shook them off, as her golden eyes seemed to scan the bar looking for someone. After a moment's hesitation, she approached the bartender and asked him for a root beer. Through the window she could see that the veil of night had fallen and the rain kept pouring unforgiving over anyone who dared to walk through it. Still looking around, as if a constant threat was chasing after her, she gulped her drink and proceeded to get as close to the chimeney as she could.
((I get the feeling my randomness will sprout and kill the mood, but I will participate anyways. How is this so far?))

Sitting lazily at one of the many tables within the bar, Daniel watched as the figure of a girl weakly stumbled across the room and huddled in a corner. The bar was dark and the fact that he had been drinking a little didn't help his vision any, but he could still think soundly. "Hmm...don't see that too often." he said as he looked at the shivering girl in the corner. "Ugh...sometimes I'm just too nice to strangers." he said as he got up from his table and removed his brown jacket, revealing only a grey shirt. Walking over the girl, he held out his jacket, waiting for her to take it. "Use this to warm up for a while. I'll need it back though, it's the only jacket I've got."

A young man walks in shakeing the rain from his hair. He looks over everyone in the bar and walks over to the bartender and orders a bottle of sake. After picking up the bottle he walks over to one of the empty tables.

A young boy ran through the rain, hoping to find somewhere he could find shelter from the rain. His right eye was shut from having too much water in it. He skidded to a halt outside, only ending up falling to the ground. "Ow!" He sat up and pulled on a a windowsill to help him keep steady in the slippery rain. "Gotta watch my step." A soft bell rang as he opened the door to the bar.

The girl didn't need to look up to know that someone was approaching her and she obviously became distressed as he neared her. She curled into a tight ball as she covered her head with her arms and whimpered quietly. She glanced at the jacket he offered but made no effort to take it.
"Th-That is n-not for me. I-I a-am not supposed t-to wear things like that." The girl stammered quietly, her voice barely above a whisper.

Confused at the girl's refusal to use his jacket to stay warm, Daniel thought to himself, "What's wrong with this girl? Not supposed to wear a jacket?" Then kneeling down to her level, he replied again, "Look, you're obviously cold, I could see you shaking from across the bar. Just take the jacket." Taking another look outside only to see a large lightning bolt followed shortly afterwards, he said quietly, "Besides...it doesn't look like I'll be leaving anytime soon."

The girl looked at the jacket again and even though he was now at her level, she didn't dare look at his face. A quivering hand reached out to take the jacket from him since he had ordered her to.
"Y-Yes m-masta...." ((master XD and yes that is how she always says it)) Ever so slowly she wrapped the jacket around herself, afraid of some kind of sudden punishment from daring to put it on. "Th-Thank you m-masta..." Again her voice was barely audible as she stared at the floor. It seemed this was her new master and she wished he would feed her before she starved to death but she didn't dare say anything. It wasn't her place to ask for such things. Her life was never her own, it belonged to her master, whomever that may be.

"Your welcome.....wait a second...master?!" Daniel said aloud, "Look, I don't know who you think I am, but I'm not your master. I'm just...some guy." Sitting down at the nearest table to the girl, he sighed while saying to himself, "What have I gotten myself into?"
Signalling to the waitress cleaning tables, he said to her, "I'll have another order of bread...and bring some water this time too." Then placing his elbows on the table and resting his head within the palm of his hand, he turned to the girl again who was still shivering uncontrollably. "So, do you have a name?"

The black haired woman looked at the little girl, and grimmaced at how fragile she looked. Now as for the man who had helped the girl, she seemed to remember him from somewhere. Yet her brain was still muddled from the chase, after days and days of running away from that god forsaken place. The flames caught her eye, and as she fell asleep on the chair, she heard someone calling her name "Allegra... Allegra... come back to me..."
((Sorry, for the heartlessness and Allegra will wake up in my next post BTW that last bit is only heard by Allegra))

The young man sips his sake as he pulls out a map and pin. "They wernt in the last town or here." he quietly says. Marking off the two towns off the map. "This town seems quiet enough I could take a break." Looking around the bar he takes note of the few people that dont compleatly smell of alcohol. Sipping the sake he looks back at the map.

The boy took note of all of the people in the bar. For some reason, four of the people seem to catch his attention. One was a girl in a corner shivering and a man sitting near her. Another was a man with a map and the last one was a black haired asleep. Odd. Wonder why all of them stand out so much. It's not like I don't see people like that all the time. He walked over to the counter and took a seat. "Hot tea please." "Coming right up." The bartender handed him a bottle of tea before walking over to another customer.

Allegra suddenly awoke after the rattle of plates in a nearby table disturbed her sleep. She looked at the source of the noise as she tried to remember whose voice was calling for her. The girl from before, like a little rag doll that a kid had thrown away, was still sitting in the table now eating the bread as fast as she could. She approached the table and said "Slow down, little girl or you'll choke" smiling. "Oh, sorry. I've forgotten to introduce myself, I'm Allegra. May I sit with you for a moment?"
((Sui you told your name to Zol or not? Allegra was asleep at that time anyways, so she doesn't know XD))

((Mina, I don't see where you find my character eating anything XD No one has given her any food, nor is she at a table. ))
The girl stared at the floor sadly. So the man didn't want to be her master after all... Did he really think she was that bad of a slave that he didn't want her? "I-I see... I-I guess I sh-should......it-it is what m-masta wants of me..." She couldn't say what she was thinking, it was too horrific to her. However, she found her forced freedom to be bitter sweet. No one had done anything terrible to her in the last few days, but the hunger.... it was maddening. She was never fed much before but she would have at least eaten something by NOW. She would do anything for something to eat. Even death was starting to look more appealing then the terrible hunger... "M-Masta j-just always called m-me Slave." She looked around nerviously, as if expecting to see her master pop out of the shadows at any moment. "b-but... m-mommy c-called me S-Suicune...."
The bartender walked over over to the girl and placed a tray next to her with some soup and bread. The girl looked at the food presentedto her and it took every ounce of will she had left to just not devour it at that moment.
"Wh-What must I-I do?" Suicune asked nervously but the bartender just smiled.
"All you have to do is eat everything I give to you, ok?" The girl nodded, now that was an order she could follow. The bartender sighed as she returned to her work, wanting to tell the girl not to die but she doubted the poor thing would last the night. All she could do was make her as comfortable as possible; she deserved that much. Suicune began inhaling the soup and bread, glancing up at the woman who spoke to her.
"I never choke." She said quickly, fighting between eating slowly and savouring the food or eating it as quickly as she could to hurry and fill her belly. Tears streamed down her face as she ate, it was the most delicious thing she had ever eaten in her life.

The boy turned his head when he heard an odd noise and saw a girl eating food crazily. "...Odd. Wait, clothes like that, where have I seen clothes like that before?" He scratched his head as he thought until he remembered something. "Hmm. Neither of those people around here seem like slave woners, so she must be a free slave..."
The bar tender heard the boy talking to himself and stepped in front of him. "May I ask how you happen to know that."
He turned his head up when the man spoek too him. "Oh, well I've seen lot's of slaves in my travels." He put a small bag on the table. "Here. This should get that girl a room for awhile."
