You can become a crew member by doing (one of) the following:
Making 3 role plays
Taking part in 3 role plays
Donating 100g to the guild
Inviting 5 people to the guild ((These people must join and make sure they pm me who invited them))
Popular Demand ((If a respected crew member gives me a good word of you.. I might consider promoting you..))
You can become a vice captain by doing the following:
Helping me moderate some of the sub-forums((Pm me if you will))
You must be a crew member
--- I decide if you become a Vice captain.. so if you do an excellent job.. you might get that chance..
