Anna House has had some great reviews from members of EGL. Although I haven't ordered from them myself, I recommend them. Fan Plus Friend I've heard is a hit-or-miss situation. I've heard many accounts of users ordering from them and receiving their order with the sizes too big.

Anna House is a godsend. Their cheap but their clothes is of good quality. The shoes are also awesome. But I'd suggest ordering by group order because the shipping fee will cripple you>< F+F is also good, and their shipping fee is also ridiculous.

I've heard good and bad from F+F as well
one thing mainly was not to get anything with a lot of lace cause it comes out bad err something
the sizing as well but I think that's why you should provide your measurements

The comments made here about F+F are definitely helping me out. I was thinking of ordering a dress from there, but now I know to take caution.
I wasn't sure about Anna House before, but now I do. Thanks! smile

With Fan Plus Friend it's best to order in "Custom Size" because it's mostly a miss with the sizes already made, cause not everyone is made the same, you know?
Like 2 people might be like the same size but one might have a smaller body part (like arms or something) which would make it too big.
I hope I'm making sense. D:
And custom size has very detailed measure to get perfect fit. :]

My mom let me order a dress from F+F for my birthday but she won't let me even know if it's come yet. She's not giving it to me until the actual day of my birthday (this weekend). It's my first time ordering from them and I've also heard good and bad.
The main issue with them is that they seem to send the wrong sizes a lot. However, I've also heard that they're very easy to work with and if you send a message to them complaining about the item, you can exchange it for the proper item easily enough. And once you do have the right size, I hear the quality is pretty nice.
I'll try to post again once I've inspected my dress.

There was a girl on EGL who ordered a pink bunny coat from them and it ended up being way too long and big. Also, the tail was on the upper back, rather than where it was supposed to be. I can't find the post, but I remember being a bit shocked. Other than sizing issues, though, they're fine to buy from.

Hey, I got my outfit and everything fits as it should! I like the quality, though I'm no expert, but the shirt just feels so silky despite being cotton... XD I like rubbing it. And the skirt is cute.
So, I would give F+F... a 4/5 rating. Good items for the price you're paying.
