Heather Morris is a normal (sort of) 17 year old girl. One day she goes to the mall. She falls asleep at the happy burger and has a bizarre dream about an amusement park in Silent Hill.
She goes to a payphone and calls her father. She hangs up with him as an old guy named Douglas walks up and says. I need to talk to you, its about your birth. She ditches him in the ladies room. (Note* Knock on the last stall and hear someone answer the knock. Later after it goes to darkness if you knock again and start to leave the stall will open leaving only a stall with blood splatters.*) She climbs out the window and runs up the alley. Upon reentering she finds that its empty besides these weird monsters.
As she tries to find her way out she runs into a woman named Claudia Wolfe. She tells her "Remember me and you're true self." When asked about the monsters she says "I will lead them to paradise". She then walks away as Heather collapses in severe pain. When she pulls herself together the mall is dark and gruesome. There are more monsters and bottomless holes. Also gurnies line the walls.
She eventually makes it through to the end of the mall where a giant worm is waiting for her in the tunnels. (This can be known as a Mini Subway level. I call it this because The Subway is directly underneath the mall. The giant worm burts out a giant tunnel. This is the ONLY TIME you see the Subway on the Dark Side.)
Heather will then find her way to the main lobby. Douglas is there again and she accuses him of working with Claudia. She runs into the subway. In the subway there are monsters along with weird lighting effects and sounds. As you find your way through the subway you come across articles of a man who was decapitated by the train. If you go to his platform he will push you over the edge and you will have to reach teh platform and climb back up before your fate is the same.
Finally, Heather finds her train. She can only enter at the last car. AS soon as she enters the car will move. As you go through the cars you will find that there are monsters on the train. Fight your way up the train till you get the first car. There the train will stop. (Note: For a surprise when you enter a new car check the door you just came through. The car you were just in will vanish. Another surprise is once you get to the last car and and the train stops. Look at the door to get onto the next car...this is supposed to be the driver's car....guess what...nothing there.)
Well, she's reached her stop...but not where she needs to be. This is the underground sewers. As she finds the end of the sewers Heather finds her self at the building level. (Note*: To get passed the big creature in the water. Grab a hair dryer. Plug it in and toss it in the water. The monster will be electrocuted allowing you to pass over safely.)
In the building level Heather finds a Katana. She chooses the smaller one saying the big one was too heavy (Note* in teh sewer you can pick up a maul...which is a giant staff with a ball at the end with spikes....sure she can lug that around through the entire game but won't get the bigger sword....right....). Once you get to this appliance store at the bath tub Heather has a sudden urge to have a bath? The water flows but its blood. She then passes out only to awaken to the Other Building world. Here she'll encounter Vincent.
Vincent will creep her out and she'll run. After the building word you have to navigate around the streets to get to your apartment. Here you see Heather's father , Harry Morris., Dead. (In case you haven't figured it out yet. Heather's dad is Harry MAson. Which makes Heather the baby at the end of Silent Hill.)
She runs up to the roof to see that Claudia killed her father by using the Mercenary. The Mercenary will then Attack Heather. AFter the fight Heather and Douglas go to Silent Hill. Heather tells him that she is Alessa. She talks about Harry taking her in. "He loved me like I was his own daughter." She sobs.
At Silent Hill they split up. Heather goes to the hospital while Douglas goes to the Amusement Park. Heather eventually leaves the hospital after quite a few freaky encounters with nurses, and a Weird man named Stanley who follows her around. Vincent will be at the apartment and tells her to go to the amusement park.
There she'll meet douglas who has been stabbed. She'll tell him she'll be right back and goes to the Church. Claudia will give her a big speech. Apparently alessa was her big sister. After teh conversation Claudia will walk away. Heather navigates through the church. Claudia stabs Vincent and then takes God into her own body. Then she will become the final boss.
After defeating "God" Heather will return to the amusement and based on teh ending you get Douglas will either still be alive...or be dead.
