Victim 01121 - Jimmy Stone. Jimmy Stone was a priest in the Valtiel Sect, which is a division of The Order. He was nicknamed "The Red Devil" because of the triangular hood he wore during ceremonies. This leads MANY people and more or less is true, that Jimmy Stone is Pyramid head. Considering all of the victims were punished, and Pyramid head's punishment was to wear a painful helmet, it could very well be Jimmy's punishment. This also explains why you don't see pyramid head in silent hill 4 or any other sign of "victim 1".

Victim 02121 - Bobby Randolph. He was a college student with Walter and was friends with Jasper Gein and Sein Martin.

Victim 03121 - Sein Martin. He was friends with Bobby Randolph and Jasper Gein, all 3 of them had a love for The Order lore. Sein and Bobby were thrown in Pleasent River together after Walter removed their hearts.

Victim 04121 - Steve Garland. Some of you guys remember going to a pet store in Silent Hill 4. Steve Garland was the owner of that store. He was killed when Walter filled em' with a ton of bullets from a submachine gun *possibly the one Eileen gets?* Then Walter brutally killed all the animals in the store. Also, it is possible Steve Garland is related to Lisa Garland, but this is not confirmed.

Victim 05121 - Rick Albert. Does the store Albert's Sporting Goods ring a bell? Of course it does! It's the store you pass before you get to the pet store! It's possible Walter could of been a part-time employee of him, but he beat Rick to death with a golf club.

Victim 06121 - George Rosten. He was the leader of the Holy Mother sect and personally taught Walter about the 21 sacraments. His teachings were later turned against him when Walter beat him to death with a pipe and took his heart.

Victim 07121 - Billy Locane. He was killed with one swing from an ax. You read about his death and his sisters death, Miriam, in Silent Hill 2 in a newspaper article found in a trashcan.

Victim 08121 - Miriam Locane. Walter dismembered her body part by part before he took her heart. Billy and Miriam can be seen in Silent Hill 4 as a double headed monster.

Victim 09121 - William Gregory. He owned the clock and watch store. Remember the room you go through that is upside down that is making clock noises? Walter stabbed William with a screwdriver.

Victim 10121 - Eric Walsh. Eric was the bartender of the Bar you visit in Silent Hill 4, ironically called Bar Ashfield. On his birthday, someone told him the pet owner had been murdered and the murderer was at large, so he had to close the bar early. He went home just to see Walter waiting for him. Walter shot him in the face and took his heart.

Victim 11121 - Walter Sullivan. He stabbed himself in the neck with a spoon severing his Carotid Artery. After the first "copycat" murder, they exhumed his grave to find it was empty with 11121 carved on the coffin. Two possibilites are either it was never Walter at all, or his spirit took his body back to room 302 *that's my personal belief too considering before you fight Walter, you see Walter's real body hanging there with 11121 carved on it.*

Victim 12121 - Peter Walls. The Victim Marked as Void. He was a drug addict that was supposidly beaten to death after claiming he could see God.

Victim 13121 - Sharon Blake. The Victim Marked as Darkness. Her family had all been taken in by The Order, but she refused their requests, and later, demands to join. She went looking for them in the woods one day and found their graves. That's when Walter got her and drowned her in the lake. She can be noticed as the ghost in a dress.

Victim 14121 - Toby Archbolt. The Victim Marked as Gloom. After the deaths of Jimmy and George, he tried to increase the strength of the Valtiel Cult within The Order. On a trip to Mexico, Walter pushed him off a cliff, making him the ONLY victim killed outside the U.S.

Victim 15121 - Joseph Schreiber. He was the journalist that offers all the wisdom he knew to Henry in notes. Hence he is marked "The Giver of Wisdom". Where his body went and his death is still unknown.

Victim 16121 - Cynthia Velasquez. She was marked as Temptation. She was killed by repeated stab wounds.

Victim 17121 - Jasper Gein. He was marked as Source. Walter catches him on fire *though it appears decieving for someone who did not know that, because it appears as though he caught himself on fire*.

Victim 18121 - Andrew DeSalvo. He was marked as Watchfulness. He was an abusive guard at the water prison where children who were bad at Wish House were sent. Walter drowns him.

Victim 19121 - Richard Braintree. He was marked as Chaos. He was an eccentric, somewhat violent, and possibly even sadistic man. He became aware of something similar happenign to 302 that happened with Joseph and he tried to find a way to help Henry, but was electrocuted by Walter. the attendants were wary of him because of a report where he assaulted a resident and stripped them of their close, "skinning" them.

Victim 20121 - Eileen Galvin. She was marked as the Mother Reborn. She met Walter when she was 5 and she gave him her favorite doll to cheer him up. He assaulted her in her apartment and broke her arm. He would of killed her but little Walter interfered.

Victim 21121 - Henry Townshend. He was marked as the Reciever of Wisdom. Walter deemed it necessary for the current occupant of 302 to die so that his "mother" could be "purified" and finally be "reborn".
