My favorite way is called a target. you cut the main artery at their armpit, next, slash the main artery at their groin on the same side then go to the other leg and do the same. After that slash the main artery at the other armpit and finnaly stab them in the sternum. This should be in one smooth circular motion and should take you about 3 seconds...and yes its a frontal attack.

you guys are way too out there... i like close range like strangulation by piano wire or with your bare hands.
Come up behind them quietly and in one smooth and very precise movement and wrap the cord around their throat and pull them back towards you that way as they slide down to their knees you hear their last dying breath and you are the last thing they look at before the light fades form their eyes and their skin color fades....
Creepy....
