There is one thing I'm kind of nervous about and anxious about at the same time. I have no reason to be yet but I'm at that stage of my life that thoughts of being a father plague my mind constantly. Will I be a good father? Can I raise a child properly? Can I truly be the successful man I always dream I will be? I know you all are probably a little young to be thinking about it, but from my perspective, my dad was my age when I was conceived. 20 years later, here I am. In the military same as him. Can I stand being away from a future family? I don't want to cart around a family as I travel the world. I don't want to leave them to far away and possibly miss a child's birth, or the first portion of the upbringing... a thought that even today I bet plagues my father's consciousness.
What thoughts in your minds send your own nerves tumbling?
