Hello, princesses! <3
Today I am providing you with several blouse patterns (courtesy of Burdastyle) that can be tweaked to your heart's content and smothered in lace. Also, since they are from the same manufacturer, you could mix and match sleeves with different bodices, etc. They are listed in order of difficulty, just in case you were wondering.
Again, you can print out all these patterns on standard A4 home printer paper. Just match up the appropriately marked arrows, and then cut out the pattern pieces. Each pattern has a reference guide to help you tape together the correct pieces.

2. JJ Blouse Pattern(sizes 36 - 46)
[Reference Picture]
This blouse has such cute ruffles! I suggest using a round collar, however, to get a more lolita look. (Sorry, this collar pattern has a different seam allowance - 3/8" - than is customary for English/European patterns. I just thought I'd warn you beforehand.)

3. Susan Blouse Pattern (sizes 36 - 46)
[Reference Picture]
This is a rather angular blouse with many, many buttons. The waistline could possibly be raised to create a more accurate silhouette.
