I have seen all of the anime, but I have not gotten the chance to finish the series. Which is better?

»I LOVEE both, mainly because I love
Full Moon wo Sagashite in general <3

The manga is more dramatic and emotional
and has a happier ending (very cute) and the anime
is cute, has some sad emotional parts that make you cry, and a really good ending.
