So if you read the manga, you probably know what I'm talking about.
You think Shuichi, you immediately think of a pink-haired uke. The anime gave us a perfect image with a bright, bubblegum hair colored singer. No one thinks of him as a blonde or a brunette, though he was temporarily each of these.
After his break up with Yuki, Shucihi dyed his hair blonde, claiming that he needed a new start (or something along those lines, I haven't read that particular manga in a while) He also later dyed it black... I'm not even sure if he ever redyed it to pink when the manga ended!
So topic of discussions:
+ You're opinion about Shuichi's different hair colors.
+ Anime's Shuichi bright pink vs. the OVA Shuichi with the darker shade
+ Do you think that Shuichi looks better as a blonde/brunette?
+ Is pink even his natural hair color?
+ Why did Murakami make Shuichi have pink hair?!?!
+ Does Shuichi really have purple hair? (look at the manga covers, it looks kinda purple to me)
And for the hell of it,
+ What is Shuichi's real eye color? (Some could argue that they're purple from the anime, green from the OVA, or any other color shown on the manga covers)

Actually, his hair colour is supposed to be black. It was never pink in the manga. Why they made it pink in the anime is beyond me o_O'.
As for blonde hair, it took me a little bit to get used to. It was weird >>...
And I'm not sure of his eye colour >>. That is a good question indeed.

When I first read the Gravi manga after seeing a few peeks of the anime, I went in catapleptic shock at the way Shuichi looked.

Wasn't Shuichi's hair pink on some of the covers? I think she always intended it to be pink o.O... it's just random colors in the manga, XD.

Im not exactly sure...I always thought Maki Murakami intended Shu to have pink hair..=3 In the manga I think he dyes his hair pink sometime after the 3rd book..after that he goes through all those drastic changes with Eiri and he gets kind of depressed and dyes his hair blonde and brown.
Possibly his eye color differs..I mean, they were violet in the anime..and then a few different shades in the manga..
After watching the anime for a while, I went back and began reading the manga..it almost made me cry how different Shu looks in the manga. T.T
Still, I cant help but hear his dub voice when ever Im reading the manga..which by the way isnt really that bad..-sigh-

Yeah. She confuses me sometimes...Maybee he was supposed to have pink hair, or maybee black? I mean, you can't always go by the cover, apparently...*glares at Demon Diary and Blue-Haired Raenef*

I always thought it was naturally pink.
What? I did! sweatdrop
I mean, if Chibiusa / Utena / Lucy / etc can have naturally pink hair, why not Shuichi?
The only way we can find out the answer is to ask Yuki...or...O_O Teeheeheehee.
Shuichi needs to pull down his underpants! Unless he has hairy legs. o_O Ewwwww. Or he dyes his body hair too....O_O;;
Maybe his hair is really *rainbow* and changes colors at random! Ooooooh. heart

Who knows... But Shuichi is known by his pink hair.... You know, sometimes, manga the hair colour tends to varies.

Well I saw Manga pics of Gravitation first, so I was used to how everyone looked. Then I saw the anime and was like "...wtf? pink hair?"

Your opinion about Shuichi's different hair colors.
I think it's cool!!! I mean it makes him touch more "reality" XD Usually anime characters have fantasy hair but never change color. Shuichi does! It makes him more original I think ^^
