I always see people in the public forums beg for platinum and items because they've been hacked, but it seems like few of them ever file a hack report. If more people knew they had this option, they'd be able to get back their accounts and stolen items.
Indeed it does.
sad Apparently I got my account hacked into last year, and it was temporarily banned for security reasons. I filed a report sometime around December and I only got access to it back in late March or early April.
Not that I minded too much, though, as real life was getting tough and I had other thing to worry about. Had this happened to me as a teen I would have been devastated.
