Well, I need my team rated badly. I have raised all of these pokemon since they were about levels 5-13. Here is my team. (Note, I am on the 8th boss battle, i reset my game [I believe the 8th boss's pokemon were electric] )
Torterra Level 48
Rapidash Level 56
Luxray Level 49
Golduck Level 53
Medicham Level 50
That's about it. I randomly will stick like a starly as the last pokemon just incase I need to fly somewhere.

If this is an in-game team and not a meta-game team, then it looks okay for taking down the Sunyshore Gym. Seems like Torterra is going to be your main fighter in this gym, just be weary of Octillery's Aurora Beam and you will be fine. If you want me to actually rate this team for metagame purposes, you will need to post the movesets, natures, abilities, etc.
