Wii: Red Steel
Xbox: I really haven't played the xbox. I not a big fan of it.
PS3: Probably VF5.

I like bad company or fable 2 for 360.
I'd have to say legend of zelda wilight princess for the wii.
and for the ps3 idk, can't wait for final fantasy XIII to come out though!
