chakaras are no laughing matter
even the minor ones I teach how to build wich only last about a hundred years or so.
so anyway, the best way to do this you'll need a great amount of focus and a good will. anyway steps
first hold your hand out, then visuilize a spiral universe resting over it, feel it pushing down, then seperate it from just the shape to the sepret portions of it and sepret stars and sepret planets, moons, focus on EVERY one of them at once, get a feel for the whole scope. create life on every planet in your universe life that will keep it going, then once your mind is about to pop, shrink it down to about the size of your hand and afix it into your creature or whatever you want to inchant and program it to exert its energy into it. good luck, and you can varrieate it all you want so it will be good still. it is a wonderful device, also good for meditation.
