The capital is located near the foot of Mt. Tartarus. The city is powered by geothermal energy from the volcano and surrounding area. It has special paths that divert lava flows and specially designed buildings to resist pyroclastic flows. In times of war this lava can be used to impede invading forces after being directed by the paths.
