Ok...I just had a really interesting idea. Affter watching The Boiling Rock for the third time I realized that Aang might not be the last Air Nomad. Every nation has different coloring, and for the most part, most of the people of each nation look the same. Water tribe are dark brown hair, dark skin, and blue eyes. Earth kindom are black to dark brown hair, mediam to dark skin, with green eyes. Fire nation are black hair, light skin, and gold eyes. Air nomads are brown haired, mediam skined, with greay eyes.
Now, this war has been going on for a hundred years. As will happen with wars where one people invaide another and take over, I'm sure there was, and is, cross nation pairings, creating people that can call more then one nation home. What if there were air nomads that married into the other nations to survive? Looking at Aangs past memories, all the people at his temple had greay eyes. leading me to beleive that greay eyes is a dominent trate. Will I was watching Boiling Rock I realized that Tai Lee has greay eyes. She all ready had very brown hair, which is not very fire nation. But I think she lookes a lot like Aang did when he had hair. I mean think about it, she like to travel, she is really good a acrobatics, and is generaly more happy then most people, just like Aang....
So what do you think? Is it posible that Tai Lee could actually be part Air nomad, or maby even full air nomade?

haha, I've always thought Ty Lee was an descendant of the Air Nomads. I noticed the gray eyes and positive outlook on life too

I've heard this theory in a lot of places. I personally don't think so, but you never know. The main reason I don't was that in "The Headband" there was a random blue-eyed Fire Nation kid. 0_o And Onji or however you spell it, Aang's little girlfriend there, was a brunette.
Of course, that could just mean that they have ancestry from another nation, which may lead to Airbending after all. Who knows?

i think this is actually very possible. think about it. she can jump higher than anyone else other than aang, she can do a lot of stuff that almost goes against gravity. but this brings up another point, would aang have to end up with ty lee if she was a descendent of the air nomads?

Mai has gray eyes too, you know. I don't think there are any more airbenders. Otherwise the title "The LAST Airbender" would be null and void. I don't know which one, but I know there's an interview with M&B where they say that, yes, Aang is the LAST airbender.
Being a decedent is possibly, yes, but not fully air nomadic.....

it is very possible that he is the last airbender but then i dont think there will ever truely be balance in the world because there are only three nations left instead of four. Also when aang dies how will the next avatar learn to airbend if there's nobody to teach him/her?

Mais eyes go from gold to a grayish black color depending on the episode. I think that the odities in each nation come from marring out side of that nation. As for the Aang, his the last air bender but not everyone of any nation is a bender. There had to be Air nomads that didn't bend. I think they hid themselves in the general populas to protect themselves. I mean there is a air temple in the fire nation, any nomads that didn't live at the temple could have just hidden what they are. Tai Lee could be decended from one of them. I think that after the fire lord is defeted they will come out of hiding if they know what they are. If not the next avatar that is a air bender will be in for quite a shock. xd

though, I think it makes more since that an air nomad or two were visting friends in a different nation when the air temples were attacked I mean really they could'nt all be at the same place at the perfect time
The cabbage man as we know it may even be an air nomad rolleyes mrgreen

Aang would not marry Ty Lee, that would be silly! ^-^ affter some resurch into picture arcives, I have decided that a lot of the fire nation has greay eyes, but gold eyes are still dominint. I just think its not posible to wipe any one people out completly.
