Biography: Both Talos parents were generals in the military. He was offered a spot as a general but turned them down knowing he would listen to a single order given to him. His parents were dissappointed but understood. Acouple years ago his parents died following orders given to them and ever since then he had a strong hatered towards the government but has kept it to himself.
