Gym Leaders are issued to a use of a certain type of pokemon hence forth is the foundation and structure of the Gym Leader's Pokemon Gym based on the Gym leaders pokemon type.

Each Gym Leader upon defeat are issued to give the trainer a Gym Badge as a symbol of recognition over triumph of their Gym.

Gymleaders even though obligated to use a certain type of pokemon they are allowed to catch and trained different types of pokemon but they can use that team when not fufilling their Gym leader duties.

Gym leaders even if obligatated to gym still can have a life outside their Pokemon Gym, they are allowed to travel arround the pokemon World when there gym is on haidas but none the less they will have to return to their gym once They have challengers.

Elite Four - the Four toughest trainers in the Pokemon league Obligated to the league as the final tests of might and skills of the opposing challengers.

They are the strongest members of the Pokemon League the Elite four like Pokemon Gym leaders are completely obligated to the use of one type of pokemon.

The Elite four are obligated to the Pokemon League Head quarters and remain there to face new challengers, But Elite four members can leave their positions when they travel on vacations as well.
