The Knight Symbol

If you're reading this, then you are interested in learning or becoming one of "Ike's Knights". To start things off, I'll explain a few key things about the organization.
Basics:
The purpose of this organization is to aid poor Gaians by giving them a job for easy gold. I pay Gaians to collect bugs, cans and boots in towns. Thats all. No flowers or paper, I don't want those. So if you're interested, keep reading. After reading, PM for an interview.
Times:
Times usually consist of random afternoons and nights (im in school). You will be paid according to the work done and the amount of time.
Part time:
Part time is an option for people who only want to work once or twice. This is perfectly ok. All the same rules apply, although you won't be listed as a member.
Full time:
Full time is not every day, it's just a permanent membership. Work can be at any time that you choose, there are no schedules unless you want one. Full time just means you wanna work more than once whenever you want.
Pay:
Due to mass amounts of knights, I needed to cut the average pay. The new pay is 2.5g per item. (bug, can, boot)
Every now and then I'll give a gift to employees for good work. So try and earn them.
Requirements:
There aren't many real requirements for this position. The only thing I ask is simple courtesy and manners to my comrades and I. Any bad behavior will result in deduction in pay.
Important: YOU NEED A TRADING PASS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PAY.
Name Rule:
Whenever you change your Gaia username, please inform me so I can update the Manual with your most current username. There are no rules concerning what your username actually says.
Knowledge Rule:
All Knights are required to know a few things before becoming a knight, such as:
-How to obtain bugs
-How to add bugs to their inventory
-How to start/finish a trade
-Where HQ1 and HQ2 is
-How to export your avi's headshot
I cannot keep wasting time teaching every knight these key things, so please learn them beforehand.
How to export your Avi's headshot:
I decided to add this segment because no one knows how.
Heres the order of clicking:
"Shortcuts" > "My Avatar" > "Export Avatar" > "Export an Avatar"
The last thing you click is a tab, it will take you to a screen with 6 codes. We need the one for your HEAD SHOT, not your avatar. So that eliminates 3 codes already.
The specific code we need is the "BBcode", the middle code.
Copy and paste this code and send it to me via PM. It will be used to add your picture to my Manual.
Headquarters (Towns):
The HQ is in towns, 8 Barton 1089. It is here where all meetings take place and where you will report after each mission. Remember it well, this is where I will be during missions. See the HQ rules at the bottom. NEVER post a topic in Hq. It will gather so many unwanted people, and I do not want that.
2nd HQ:
The 2nd HQ will only be used when the normal HQ is overpopulated with people.
Its whereabouts are 9 Barton 001181.
This area will not be used along with the normal HQ at the same time, so don't think it will be both. This is only used if HQ1 is packed with people.
3rd Hq
Hq3 is rarely ever used, is not known of by many. It's also difficult to find. Its whereabouts are: 7 barton 002461. Please save this area as a favorite for quick access, as well as the other Hqs.
Kung Fu Panda Hq:
This will be used to secret meetings and so forth. All knights are welcome to join me here though. If you're not sure where to go, I will always have the world under my name. This is a test run Hq, as well. It will always be in "Thousand Steps 2".
Lieutenants
Lieutenants, aka LTs, are people who I have chosen to hold power over the other knights. These people have proven to be trustworthy and loyal to an extra degree. They are by far the most elite Knights of the company and are to be respected as if they were in charge. The only way to become one is to work hard and do an excellent job. Don't ever ask to become one, I choose who deserves it.
Updates in General:
Whenever I have updated the Knight Manual, everyone will receive a message saying so. It's the same as a bulletin, or "friends@gaia" thing. This will also be used for other information down the road.
"How do I join?"
Easy. Just send a private message and I'll schedule and interview in towns.
Or request to join the guild.
Summary:
This is a baby organization at the moment, it will be expanding over time with more updates to come. Try to stay informed and check the manual once and a while for updates.
"Why are you doing this?"
I'm doing this because I want to help new Gaians get started on making gold and be able to flourish accordingly.
Reminder of Rules:
1. Show respect while talking to me or my Lieutenants.
2. Don't spam while in HQ.
HQ Rules:
1. These rules apply directly to anyone occupying the HQ at any moment.
2. No bad language or spamming.
3. Don't bring your friends unless you stay in a different corner than I.
4. The bottom-right corner of HQ is the my region, this is where business takes place. Do not sit and chat here unless you are in a mission.
5. Any other region in HQ is ok to chat in.
6. Only Knights can stay for long periods of time in this HQ.
7. NEVER post a topic in Hq. NEVER, NEVER and NEVER.
Punishments for breaking rules:
If a Knight is caught breaking this rules more than once or twice, that Knight will be ordered to commence a "Pardon". A Pardon is a week without work. Once someone has been ordered a pardon that Knight will receive no pay from me or my Lieutenants for one week. They also don't have to work, but if they want to work they simply cannot.
Major rule: Once someone has been pardoned twice, that Knight is removed from enrollment; aka, fired.
