lol I know it is soooo old school to try to dance and make it rain, but it is either that or some other way that doesn't work! you don't actualy HAVE to dance if your verry in tune with air or water *I'll put a section on how to tell what your best with later, sorry* if your in tune with air you simply close your eyes and concentrait on the movement of clouds to your position and then them disbursing thier watter.
now if your closer to water you do the same, meditateing on pulling watter up somewhere then down on yourself. do it for about twenty minuts or so. (maybe more if your not so good) and it should work
keep in mind thies don't work instantainious. they take a few days to kick in (my record is 2). now if your not so close to iether of them you can do either and just do it longer and expect it to be slower, OR you can have some fun and dance!
now the dance is complicated, you not only have to visuilize and meditate BOTH of the past ones but you also have to act it out in dance and song! it doesn't matter what yousing, you could even go with that song by that emo gal that is like "I'm only happy when it rains!" infact I find that one works a lot good! but yeah, after the dance (wich should last about half an hour) you just clean off and eat something like a small cake or some tea and relax to wait for your rain. once again give it about a week. (probly more for you beginers) oh and the more people you have help the better the result!

Ohh really interesting~! surprised ! This seems like fun x] I'll try it one day and make it rain! ... or make people think I'm schizophrenic o.o Lol~

Kah Hilzin-Ec Ohh really interesting~! surprised ! This seems like fun x] I'll try it one day and make it rain! ... or make people think I'm schizophrenic o.o Lol~
PS: I'll be waiting for that "Are you in tune with water or wind?" topic xD THAT SOUNDS LIKE A SUGGESTION ^^ may ti be done!

There is another method to calling weather....Konstintinos touched on it in one of his books...I believe it was the Gothic Grimoire. If You visualize your need (or desire) and look up at the sky, concentrating on pulling up energies from the earth. You pull these energies into your self and once you can feel them pulsing through your body, visualize a beam of energy leaving you through your eyes, into the sky. Depending on your desired effect this beam can be a piercing beam to make a cloudy day sunny, or a wide vortex like beam to round up the moisture in the air into clouds and make it rain.
Keep in mind that different forms of Magick may not work for everyone...some forms work better for me then others do. I have tried the method that was posted earlier, and although I am very good with all forms of energy, and all elements, it did not work very well....however I used this method and had a cloudless sunny day become a beautiful rainy day in less then an hour.

I can't agree more with your sentement. also, that tecneek is also called "cloud busting" and it is extreamly intresting if you look into it. ^^ but yeah verry effective, but I'm not as good at channeling so much energy so for me the best thing to do is channle will *I have plenty of that* and force it to rain. it is true that this method will be easyer for most of our guild members.

A while back I had gotten really into rain summoning, because I love the rain more than anything. But then I found myself chanting unconsciously, and I had to bind myself.
You can't always just call the rain for fun. You need to call it to where it needs to go. For instance... take California, right now the whole state is up in flames (I'm presently sitting in a cloud of smoke) while the midwest is getting drowned (or was getting drowned) Now... what we really need is for people to bring part of the midwest rain, all the way over here and let it lose.
Dance,
sing,
cast stones,
the most effective summons for me involved a golfball sized chunk of lava rock, and an appropriate chant. Usually... when you do something long enough, strong enough, and loud enough, you're bound to be heard! (I mean this both mentally and physically)

heh so true, sorry, that your choking on the smoke. I was when the fires were in so cal my rain chants didn't work well but my fire wards did.
