Crew Promise

Please sign only if you agree with all of these terms. If you do not, you are forfeiting your position as crew. However, refuseing will not effect your membership.

As a crew member, I promise to uphold the following:

I will contribute meaningful posts to the threads and promote conversation.
I will treat every member with the utmost respect, even if they themselves are not completely respectful.
I will report inappropriate threads or posts. I will also ask for the offender first to remove their inappropriate material before requesting removal thereof.
I will be willing to donate, at times, a sum of gold to the guild in order to keep our contests free and continuous.
I will moderate threads to make sure no bullying, inappropriate contents, ect. is happening and report it if it is. In addition, if I feel uncomfortable about a person I will report it to Cupcake, Lavi, or Immi.
I will report to a senior crew member if I believe a Captain is behaving inappropriately or is abusing their powers.
I will check guild join requests often and accept everyone, create their own welcome thread with cheery greetings, and send them a short personal PM with link to their welcoming thread.
I will go out of my way to make new members feel welcome.
I will contribute my own ideas to help improve the guild.
I will be willing to hold my own contests and games.
I understand that if I fail to uphold these promises and Fin's honor, I forfeit my position.
