easy excersise
hold your hands apart slightly with your fingertips touching and visualize a candles flame in the midle of your palms (don't actualy try to see it just try to feel it there) once you can feel a bit of heat try to get it to sround your hands and then arms and up till you can cover your body in the heat. then request a part two ^^

this excersise is called the palm warming excersise and is mentioned in "wiccan warrior" please read the book, it is good. google it for auther ^^
