This forum is dedicated to our Olympic Swimmer of a friend the Green Iguana (Iguana iguana)! Here we can talk about Iguanas, wild and domestic, from a tiny new addition to the family to my 7 foot friend in south Florida that I spent Christmas with! Just remember to keep the leash secured or say goodbye to your igauna, lol!

I used to own one.
My ma bought a baby iguana from a pet store and we raised him.
Eventually he was named Merlin because he found his way out of his cage almost every night. xd
Oh, I loved him so much. But at that point I didn't realise my favorite animal. ^^;; I kept on switching animals.
He got sick thought because my ma got pregnant and we were moving. He got stressed and we had to give him away. D'x
but, he did give us a "good bye" present. He bite my step-dad. He never really cared about Merlin, and when he went over to pets him Merlin quickly turned his head and bit my dad's finger. O_o I forgot which one though. But I do remember blood. Ma warned him not to pet Merline cause he was stressed, he didn't listen.
We gave him to our aunt... and she gave him away after that.
She said he was sick with her too. I think he missed us. π_π I missed him for sure.
