Here is where you may post what you believe should happen in or to the guild as well as any questions you may have.

Suggestion:
Perhaps once you reach S class you should be able to make a new skill of any rank at 500, 600, 700 exp, etc. With a new rank 1 or 2 armor skill available at 600, 900, 1200, etc. This way if someone does reach S rank they will still have a reason to train and can make their character even more diverse.
Also just because of how skills are being added over time, there should be another way to gain experience. Perhaps for every 40 lines you RP that are not related to gaining a skill you could gain 1 xp and when in a group the lines are added for everyone's total. This way if you were stuck somewhere and there were no skills for you to learn you could still RP to advance.
Question:
Is it safe to assume you're working on a system for demons to gain soul coins as well as whether or not people start off with any?

All Valid Ideas, I believe your 2nd idea about another way to gain experience is genius and will be used in the guild. Similar to the training System used in my original One Piece guild and its predecessor OP Dying Breed. As for your question. It is safe to assume I am working on ways for demons to gain soul coins. As for starting off with money. If you check your profile, listed in your respective World, you start with 20,000 Soul Coins to buy what you may feel is needed in the beginning of your character's journye.

Hey, would it be alright if I changed my character? I just found an image of an OC that I could work with better than Grofx, would it be alright?

I agree on the whole, adding up lines when RPing with people and converting that into stat points or exp eventually. Just because it would encourage people to actually get together and RP instead of constantly go loner.
Also~ I dunno if you planned on this or not. I love what you did with the Chefs, but I was wondering if you intend to give Shipweights ways to upgrade or build ships? Give them special features or something like that. I think that would make it a more appealing profession overall.

And this is a big one that Im really not sure if you'll even wanna consider or not. But personally I hate Lines. Since depending on your text size, screen resolution and several other things the number of lines changes even if you write the same thing between two different people.
Im currently the Captain of Bleach: Elites. Quite a while back we started a Word Count policy instead of lines because lines change but the number of words you need never will. Basically what we decided is that every Line is between 20 and 25 Words for most standards. So four or five [a Guild Post requirement] was 100 Words. So basically from that point on we based everything on that standard. That every 100 Words was a Guild Post. We basically didn't have to change lot. A technique would still take four posts, but instead of four four line posts if you want you can do one 400 Word Post.
So just food for thought.

About Shipwrights. All the class systems are being built up. Water 7 is where shipwrights will gain most of their abilities. Good suggestion.
We are thinking about the 4 line thing. There seems to be considerable opposition.

Would it be alright to learn a technique in one Gaian post, but have the post lines separated by quotes? Example: Blah blah blah blah Lines lines lines Yadayada yadaadadada Blah blah blah lines lines lines a word here a word there and so on and so forth. EDIT: I assume it would be fine, but I figure I'd ask because I didn't notice anyone doing that.

I really hope so. I didn't use posts but did to the breaks for 1/X at each interval. I never even thought to ask. I mean I imagine it will be fine but I probably should have asked. >>
