In order for two people to have an RP battle you must first PM a Crew member to proctor the battle for you. Once a crew member accepts you must PM them and then tell them the three items and one weapon you wish to bring to battle with you. You must also PM them the 7 chosen attacks/powers/abilities of your character that you want available for use during the battle. The two combatant may also agree on a prize for victory.

Battles are turn based. On your turn you can do certain actions and on your opponents you can do certain actions.

Your character's maximum health is their level multiplied by 100. Taking damage from an enemy attack and certain other actions cause your health to decrease.

Your character's maximum AP is their level multiplied by 20. Every action you do takes away from your action points.
Evading costs 0AP
Using an item costs .5 AP
Each physical attack costs 1 AP.
Blocking costs 1.5AP.
Each energy attack costs 5AP.
Finisher attacks cost 10AP.
Any kind of transformation costs 10AP for every level it raises your character's. Likewise for the reverse.

Using a weapon will increase an attack's strength by a previously determined percentage, but add .5 more AP to the cost of an attack.

Your attack's power is determined by rolling y number of 10 sided dice. y=your character's level. Your defense is determined the same way.

If an attacks power is higher than the opponents defense, then it breaks through. If it is lower then the attack is countered.

To determine whether or not your attack hits or misses you must generate a random number from 1 to the power of your attack. If the number generated is above the halfway amount then the attack hits. If it falls under it then it misses.

When evading, the incoming attack can be countered by generating a random number. If the number is past your opponents attack power halfway point then the attack is dodged, if it's below then it's not.

When countering an opponents attack you do 1.5x more damage as well as regaining 2AP. Having your block broken through or messing up an evasion also causes you take 1.5x more damage and makes you lose 2AP.

The battle is over when one person either loses all health or AP.
