I feel that I should explain the concept of 'Levels'.
Upon introducing or creating your character, you may assign them a 'Level'. A character's level denotes their level of power and determines how much health and how strong they are in a battle.
Character levels range from a simple scale of Level 1 to Level 10. I trust that you would know what your characters initial power level is and can then judge accordingly what to label it. That doesn't mean I'm not going to check and see if it fits though. If I see a grievous problem, I'll PM you and inquire as to why you listed it as such.
It is also possible to gain character levels. For every 100 posts a user has, you can increase one character's level. Some exceptions can be made as to how a character levels up. These exceptions will be dealt with separately when they arise.
To gauge your character's level I have slight approximate here. My example will use characters from the Teen Titans animated series:
Level 1: Mas or Menos from Mas y Menos. When the two are separated they are relatively powerless and possess almost no kind of backup abilities.
Level 2: Kole. Kole's power is the ability to turn herself into diamond-hard crystal. In this form she is immobile but can be used by her partner as a weapon depending on how she positions herself before transforming She can be used as a bludgeon or if she bends over slightly as a boomerang. She can also focus light and energy through her body in this form.
Level 3: The Brain. the Brain is a villain who, due to circumstances, is without a body. To make up for this however he has a genius level IQ. He also sometimes employs the use of a robot body. While just a brain he is however quite formidable as mastermind. Think of him as the King chess piece.
Level 4: Billy Numerous. Billy Numerous has the ability to multiply himself an incredible amount of times. I'm not sure how many, but it's enough to say that he could go to a high school and have everyone there be him. The only drawback is that he has no real superhuman abilities besides this, so he and his clones are only slightly stronger than the average human.
Level 5: Cyborg. Cyborg is...well a cyborg. He has super-strength, the ability to fire sonic blasts from his cannon as well as other cybernetic weaponry. He is quite powerful, but is also very slow and without any of his extra modifications only an above average threat.
Level 6: Kyd Wykkyd. Kid Wykkyd is a villain who has the ability to use his cape to teleport or create other dimensional portals. He usually uses these to block or absorb attacks.
Level 7: Robin. Robin was Batman's sidekick and is currently a master martial artist. Despite not having any powers he is unbelievably deadly with his collection of gadgets and weapons along with his martial arts ability.
Level 8: Control Freak. With his remote, Control Freak can bend the laws of time and space with the simple push of a button. Inside the world of television his power is almost divine.
Level 9: Slade. Slade is one of the most dangerous villains in the Titans universe. He is a master assassin and killing machine and is nigh-unstoppable for a man with no superhuman abilities.
Level 10: Trigon. Trigon is an interdimensional demon whose reality manipulation abilities far surpassed those of Control Freak's. He could do anything Control Freak could with one tenth of the effort. Any more powerful and he would have been a god.
.....So. I hope this has been helpful in determining you guys' character's power levels.
